The following stats were calculated from all League of Legends Ranked Games, irrespective of ELO Rating (currently, 99.9% of our ranked games are all over 1200 ELO, if this changes I will implement a minimum ELO requirement). Champions with a good indivial win/loss ratio may seem to not have any outstanding counters (win/loss ratio numbers closer to 50%), while champions with a bad individual win/loss ratio may seem to be countered heavily (win/loss ratio numbers further from 50%).
What are the numbers in brackets!?
The numbers in brackets are the difference between the champions overall win/loss ratio in ranked, and his win/loss ratio versus that champion. For example, if Janna has a 50% W/L ratio overall, and a 47% W/L ratio vs Akali, this difference would be shown as -3%.
I had to do this because if a champion is currently OP (see: Graves, Janna, Sion), that doesn't mean that there isn't champions that do better against them then normal.
